Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our Business Development division. Your role will involve onboarding new clients for website and mobile app development, fostering strong relationships and helping expand our IT service offerings.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business development for IT services.
• Proven track record of acquiring and onboarding clients.
• Strong understanding of website development, mobile app development, and other IT services.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to business development.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard clients for digital solutions.
• Sales & Demos: Manage sales process, conduct demos, and close deals.
• Lead Management: Generate leads and manage the sales pipeline.
• Negotiation: Prepare and negotiate proposals, SLAs, and AMC contracts.
• Collaboration: Work with tech and marketing teams on client solutions.
• Market Insights: Track trends and attend events for new opportunities.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain client satisfaction.
• Reporting: Create sales and progress reports for management.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
